1.  Choose a theme (optional): this will change the look of the
     page.
2.  Show (Hide) Help will alternatively show or hide this help.
3.  Enter the number of days of your typical cycle.
4.  Type the name(s) you are considering (this will show on the
     title of your browser.

5.  Choose the date of the first day of your last period.
6.  Choose the probable conception date (usually used for
     fertility patients).
7.  Choose a custom date. This can be used for a custom due
     date, or a countdown until you find out the gender, or any  
     other countdown you want to do.
8.  The 3 due dates are calculations based on what you chose
     for the dates above in #5-7.

9.  Choose the date you want to countdown to.
10. For each date, there is a countdown in days, weeks and
     months. If you click on any of the numbers, it will become
     bold.
11. You will see a list of websites that if you go to, will give you
      information about your baby relative to how far along you
      are.
12. Click on the checkbox to either see or hide a 3d sonogram
      which is relative to how far along you are.
